Terms and Conditions
- This website located at www.wheelies.net.au (the "Site") is funded by The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Tasmania (referred to as "MS"). Your access to and use of the Site is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions (which govern your use of the Site), MS’s privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") and any other terms and conditions contained on the Site (collectively referred to as “the Agreement"). Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement and any variations to it.
- You will be requested to choose a password to access the "My account", “My listing” and “My messages” area of the Site and MS will allocate a user identification ("User ID") to you. You will be required to use your password and user ID each time you log on to the Site. MS may assume the authenticity of and may act upon any instructions given by any person who uses your password or User ID.
- You must comply with all directions issued by MS pertaining to use of your password or User ID. Your User ID should be included in all your correspondence with MS and other registered members. You must not disclose your password to any other person and MS holds you responsible for keeping your password strictly confidential.
- The Site operates solely as an information database, and our only responsibility is to maintain this database to the best of our ability.
- MS makes no guarantee or warranty that its Site members will find compatible exchange partners or that a home exchange will result.
- MS members' Site contact details are for the strict use of house swapping correspondence only, anything other than this is a breach of the Agreement.
- Under no circumstances will MS be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (whatsoever and irrespective of whether direct, indirect, consequential) arising from the use of or connected with the Site or which may result between exchanging partners and their families.
- You acknowledge that all information you provide to MS is accurate, current and we take no responsibility of any kind regarding misinformation or misrepresentation given by our Site members or otherwise.
- MS accepts no responsibility for any agreement or contract entered into by Site members.
- MS cannot verify or validate any references, written or otherwise, and accepts no responsibility of any kind concerning the credentials claimed by our Site members.
- MS accepts no responsibility for Site members who include, by choice or otherwise, their surname and/or home address when describing their 'Traveling Party' or 'House Description'.
- MS reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, with or without warning should information or action from any Site member be deemed by MS to be misleading, inappropriate or dishonest.
- Although every effort will be made by MS to compile an accurate database we take no responsibility for any inaccuracies to do with our Site members' details. It is solely up to the Site member to check and confirm that details are recorded correctly.
- It is a condition of the Agreement that your information does not contain any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other program or material that has the ability to alter, delay, damage or interfere with the operation of the Site, is not false or misleading and does not contravene any law, statute or regulation.
- The entire contents of the Site are Copyright of MS. All rights are reserved, and no part of this web-site may be reproduced without permission from MS.
- The Privacy Policy governs the manner in which MS may use your personal information. You consent to use of your personal information in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. You may review the terms of the Privacy Policy.
- The Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. If any provision of the Agreement is invalid, void or unenforceable, all other provisions will be separately enforceable and will continue to be of full force and effect without regard to the invalid, void or unenforceable provision.
- MS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to or use of the Site, at any time, if you breach any of your obligations under the Agreement.
